Does any one know if there is any walkable ice within 2 hours of the metro? I’m not looking for any secret spots or honey holes just basic info to point me in the right direction. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
We fished a small lake with about 4″ near Bemidji last sunday… but I would be skeptical going much further south than that.
I was on upper red lake last weekend and and did seem that anything south of bemidji was sketchy at best. I might just have to wait until next weekend as the forecast is looking considerably more promising!
Im hoping the wet sloppy snow theyre forecasting does not happen
