chris northern IllinoisPosts: 51 April 23, 2016 at 10:57 pm #1615322 I caught a few carpsuckers a couple years ago and cut them up for trapping bait and was amazed at how white the meat was and want to try and eat them like sucker but haven’t caught on since.
