Flex seal is a joke, don’t waste your money.
Honestly idk of a good way to fix the cracks, however you can buy 4x8ft sheets of hockey board and cut to fit your sled and accommodate the hole spacing to make a whole new floor so at least it won’t fill with snow while pulling and it’s a nice smooth surface.

I believe there is a place in Eagan that sells it, we use it to make paint forms for all of the turn arrows and pavement markings on roadways…..you can get it 3/8 inch thick…..

Keep your eyes open for cheap or free one, many people are getting rid of them with mouse holes and such when they switch to a flip over style house. There are quite a few groups on facebook watch as well as craigslist.

If you want to repair your tub I would start by using a small drill bit like 3/32 or 1/8 and drill a hole at the tip of the crack. The radius of the hill will stop the crack from continuing to run. I have had good luck using thin sheetmetal or aluminum with pop rivets to cover the cracks and hold plastic together. It does not look the best always but works well. Function over fashion…
