The Tug is the Drug with Great Friends !!!
Thanks Gary Glawe and James Holst for putting up with me for two full days in that Awesome MX2200 and Pasha Lake Cabins !!!
Never in my wildest dreams did I think Lake Nipigon was soooooo freekn HUGE !!!
I’m still in awe on its size and complexity!!!
We were in search of some monster pike for someone special…now I’m told that the bite was no where near as epic as it’s been in the past…but I can honestly say it was the best pike fishing i have ever experienced!!! Top that off with good friends and I’ll have these memories for the rest of my life !!

James has it dialed in up there. I just slobber all over watching those shows when they get back. I’m looking forward to seeing this adventure also.

Nice fish, looks like your Nipigon adventure was fun. My wife and I will be camping on the lake next Friday. I cant wait. You guys look a bit bundled up, the lake can be cold.

Main lake water temps were 37 degrees and there was ice on some islands and shorelines. Cold is right!

I’m going back up in two weeks once things warm up a bit.

The north end beckons. We just need to figure out how to carry enough furl to get there and back again!
