First time ice fishing

Was able to bring out a couple buddies and their kids this Sunday. My godson has ice fished before but the other 3 have not. It was a blast was hoping for a few tip ups and big pike but not one flag not sure what happen. I was out a few weeks ago and pulled 3 jigging for gills.

Either way the kids had a great time and all caught a bunch of fish. Nice enough out we didn’t have to use the heater in the house for a few hours. Hoping to get them out one more time this winter. Hockey makes it tough.
