Fire Ext Mounting WX2060 or 2190

Where have you mounted the fire ext. on your WX?

Mine is mounted under the passengers console next to the step to the upper deck. No one has hit it yet.

Mine is under the drivers console. I use the larger open area under the passenger console for tackle storage.

Most likely, you will never need it. But if you do, you want it in a place you can grab it easily. On my Lund, I have mine mounted to the floor right under the throttle control. It is out of the way and an easy grab if needed

On my last 3 2190’s and in my Dad’s 2060 I mount them in the Starboard bow storage in the corner that butts up to the bait well. So I screw it to the rod locker wall. Nice out of the way and if I ever need it easy to get. I never liked under the dash for a few reasons one being I like storing tackle under the dash another being it takes less of a beating standing up right in the bow. My throwable and other safety gear is all there together.
