Finding fish under the ice

Ok guys I’ve been ice fishing for a long time now,and still have trouble locating fish. When using a lake map or the navionics lake maps, what should I be looking for to locate good fishing spots. Here are a few pics of the lake I fish most often, any tips or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Crappies and walleye are what I mainly fish for.
