Better late than never I guess.
It’s been a difficult winter but finally was able to punch some holes in Roosie last night.
Still 30″ of ice. I was in 37′ of water and the old reliable jiggin rap with a minnow head was working.
Sure felt good to get out.

LOL 30″ of ice on that lake still its going to be a while for open water.
Wow, nice slabs. Down in the cities the past couple of weeks I’ve seen trucks with ATVs and Otters heading south and I’d be heading up to catch late ice too, but I just can’t do it. Completely done with winter and that was as of many weeks ago.
What size jigging rap did you use?
Has anyone checked on EPG lately??
