You acknowledge how complex and numerous the factors are that influence fish behavior, and then the very next second you say you’re positively sure that one single factor explains a behavior you observed? Because “first hand experience?”
I don’t think you actually wanted to try to understand what I wrote. You didn’t even use my words or actual explanation. The factors I listed were to prove it nearly impossible for anyone to say that it couldn’t have an effect. Way to many variables to rule it out.
First hand experience is a fact. In every aspect of life. If something really happened to you, then it’s real. Regardless of someone else’s studies. And the more often it happens the more solid you can be on your facts. We mere mortals are very capable of paying attention and gathering info even if we’re not wearing white lab coats.
FFS may not scare every fish every time out on every lake, but it is very capable of spooking fish, and occasionally it’s quite drastic. Fish with one or someone near you with one often enough and you can experience it yourself. If someone says it can’t, as in EVER just because science says so, then that person and their science is wrong. It’s actually quite simple to understand.
