feel kinda lost……..

i really hate posting this. after a 3 year health issue my mom passed away this morning at age 86. she had a good run but dont feel right. funeral arraingements have been made but its all the other stuff that seems so overwhelming.

Sorry to hear Glenn. I lost Mom first and Dad a couple years later. I’m the oldest and can distinctly remember that feeling. It made me feel a certain responsibility I never had to think of before that. Hawg

Very sorry, Glenn. We lost Dad in Feb 2022 at 76. He was sick for a few years too. I think about him every day and really miss him. The memories and telling stories with people that knew her will help over time.

Tough loss Glenn – prayers are with you

Sorry to hear about your loss. It’s a tough thing to go through, but try to think about the good times and not dwell on the end. My wife and I have lost all our parents and it takes a while, but the pain does go away with time.
Settling the estates, disposing of the belongings and distributing the assets is a big chore, but somehow eventually it’s a relief when it’s all done.

Thoughts and prayers. Lost my dad a couple years ago. Still feel lost without him around. It’s gotten better but there are still days I miss him terribly. God bless and hope time heals.
