down here we would keep all of the carp we got bow fishing in an old freezer.
when the eagles would start coming through we would thaw twenty to thirty of them out at a time and scatter them in the field south of the house in the morning.
to see upwards of sixty to seventy eagles at a time coming in to feed is something else!!
after a couple of days once they seen you heading into the field, they would absolutely swarm you and you could get within a couple of feet of them.
once the weather is fit for them to move on you wouldnt see them again.
