Casings hog or sheep

    Making some sausage a friend uses sheep is hog ok which is the best?

    Both work fine. Sheep is just smaller. For weiners. Hog will give you brat sized sausage.

    Thanks for your reply I found both in the Walker area at a grocery store. Now Im ready to make food.
