1)duck or goose breasts(snow or canadian)
2) orange juice
3) soy sauce or teriaki sp?
4) onion, sliced
5) Jahapeno (sp again) peppers de seeded and stripped
6)chinese 5 spice
7)salt and pepper
8) lawerys seasoning.
9) bacon -cheapest = better (why ????)
Strip cross grain breasts into 1/4 to 1/2 in strips
marinate strips in orange juice,soy sauce and spices for at least 24hr’s (more = better )
wrap 1/3 strip bacon,strip of onion and strip of pepper around duck and toothpick (tip, soak toothpicks in water before so they don’t burn )
grill till bacon is done while testing with a beer.
