1/2 them, rinse them, pat them dry. Then put them on a rack to freeze them individually. Or you could do the same first steps and put them on a screen in a dry place to dry them. I understand that drying is better than freezing.
I don’t know the dynamics of this, but you might try with a few to see how it goes, do the same first steps and either egg wash (1 egg beaten and same amount of milk) them and flour them to freeze or just dust them in flour to freeze them… I would just do a test to see how these steps go, good luck, now send me some!!! LOL!!!
