Family Resort

    My family spents a week up North each year, and after ~30yrs at the same resort, we are shopping around for a new one. I’m looking for some recommendations.

    Wants…
    A) Family friendly (park, cabins reasonably close together, beach, cabins on water)
    B) Need at least 7 2-3 bedroom cabins
    C) within 3 hrs of the cities
    D) Fishing on the lake

    Based on yiur criteria Vacationland Resort on Ottertail Lake sounds like it would be a good fit. Check them out online at http://www.vacationlandresort.net

    Grand Vu is great and Jeff will treat you good. The entire Anderson’s resort family is good. You could also try Anderson’s Northland lodge. They also have a huge cabin that will sleep 20ish people

    BERCH FOREST LODGE IN ORR
    Go here it is family owned and family run its a great spot ask for cabin 3 right by the beach and fire place best spot all time and I know or knew the current owners

    Could always try Royal Starr Resort by Nevis. It is on Sixth crow wing Lake. Stayed there a couple of times over the years and it is a very nice resort.

    x2 on Royal Starr or there are a bunch on 8th crow wing lake that would meet your requirements also. Best area of the state imo.

    I was gonna mention a place on Mille Lacs, until you said the lake had to have fishing… doah frown
