JB Lures Cyration Spinner Rig

I saw these at Mills Fleet Farm over the weekend and thought they looked pretty interesting. Has anyone tried them out? What are our opinions of these?

Have not tried them but they do look interesting. I am also interested to know if how well they turn at very slow speeds. I always thought willow leaf spinners were made for faster speeds. Hopefully someone will post some feedback; if not please post what you find after you get a chance to try them out.
