“U.S. reels” Spinning reels anybody?

I got a new US reels spinning reel this winter, 230 SX… really nice reel… just bought 2 more at a show… anybody try these yet? nice lightweight reel. was hoping the big spool would help with Floro…

Iceman, I don’t have the spinning reel, but I did order the baitcaster 1000 from Cabela’s . there’s a 3-4 week back order.

I had the spinning reel. Took it back cause i hated it and got a Pluger.

A little bit of a review would be helpful. What was it that you didn’t like? Were there any positives to it? What made you buy it in the first place? I would assume there was a feature or something about the reel that drew you to it…so what was the let down?

I have 3 of them now. picked up the last 2 at a show special for about half price. Reels are lightwieght and smooth. all come with a spare spool. yet to spool them up and wet a line but from what my buds say, they are real nice. Worse thing that happens is I don’t like them and throw them on ebay.
