Do you guys mind if a muskie guy posts on here my PB a 26 from Leech, ended up with 2 of these last week, this one I had my friend fire up the gas motor and chase it up wind as 2 fish earlier I had one come un-buttoned fighting it against the high winds. That one felt better than this one, it’s always the big one that gets away……

Not much to report from Sat. on Pepin, but I did get to fish with the father (Harley) of the (in)famous Gutone4me, and Pat. We tried a few locations and presentations, but the fish seemed pretty tight lipped. Here are the two walleyes Harley boated.

I promise, Harley, we can do better.

    Until next time,
    Curt

Dude, quantify “much bigger”! “Much bigger” than 27+” would be state record material! Then again I see “much bigger” as being just about the required 8″ to make a 27″ fish into a state record contender.

We’ve got some decent saugers down here in Nebraska too. Here are a couple 20 inchers followed by my dad’s MA this Saturday that went 21 5/8″. And we’re not done yet!

Nice fish Jesse. You might want to get your camera looked at though. It’s got some crazy background stuff going on.

This was a 2nd cast the first morning of our April Pool 4 trip… masterfully netted by Wade Kuehl.

    Post spawn 30.5″…11.3 Lbs

I am hoping she remembers me in November!

    I’m sure glad I lost 23lbs since that photo…

Here’s some of the bigger walleyes that were caught this summer out of my boat trolling crankbaits in the open basin of Mille Lacs.

Welcome to IDO sir! I think you are catching the European cousin of the walleye called zander. Or you are catching some awfully huge walleyes!

So close. That entire area can be good at times. To focus on just one spot does not do that area justice.

    Very nice walleye.

Not a lot of sauger shots on this thread. I’m extremely jealous of the big walleye, but was very happy with this 21″ sauger caught on Lake Wisconsin in October. First day I ever caught a sauger. Caught a 8″, 15.5″, 17″ and this 21″. I have to say, it looked bigger in real life than it did in this photo.
