A tough day on pool 7

    A buddy and I were able to finally get out and chase some eyes. Although windy, the weather Friday was really quite nice. As you can tell, if I’m talking about the weather, the fishing wasn’t that great. We fished wingdams, current seams, eddies, deep, shallow, and even tried a little “tree” fishing. I caught a turtle and my buddy caught a mooneye. Needless to say, no fish fry last night.

    we fished 7 today same story 1 turtle 4 walleyes all short 2 saugers also shorts 1 perch fat egg carrier all fish caught in the bay by the wall saw many perch caught from the wall and 2 nice walleyes caught in the bay lots of water

    whats with the turtles
