The water seems to be a little more cloudy than the last time I was out. Still some good views into a new (for me) area to look underwater.

Sand and clam shells with a few turtles mixed in… I think they were all snappers…but it’s hard for me to tell when they aren’t in soup.

Not to many rough fish spotted. A few red horse suckers and one glimps of a northern otherwise all walleyes.

These photos were all taken in one quarter mile area in depth from 11 to 19 feet…with most of the fish photoed in 15 feet. Here’s a few highlight shots.

This photo is of an eye about 6 feet away. With the water clouding up, it sure cuts down on the visibility that I’ve been use to.

Most of the walleyes were out far enough that I could see them once the video was on the computer or by watching it on tv…but all I could see is the white tips. There’s a LOT of big fish around guys!!

I’m not too good of a walleye weight guesser…

What do you think? Three…three and a half pounds?

    Thanks for the photos!

I took your advice and purchased a VS-380 and used it at Lynxville for the first time last week. Worked awesome. Had my buddy control the boat and I just watched for about 20 minutes.

    Cool!

I’m glad it worked well for you. Did you get to try it in the deep dark water?

Having a buddy control the boat is essential! Not only for the safety factor, but it’s hard to control the boat and keep the camera in the “strike zone” at the same time. Well, for making a video anyway.

So what was more impressive…the structure or the fish?

Awesome!! I love that stuff. I could do the same.. It’s dang near just as fun to watch them as catching them,,unless of course it’s crappies and they aren’t biting.. Seeing 250+ fish and catching one is only . Ha, but still cool.

Great pics BK but you are killing me! I have only been able to get out once this year and did not do all that well. I think I need to change my priorities so I get some more time on the water.
