I have a friend who is confined to a wheelchair for life.
He lives and breathes fishing. He has a pontoon boat that will accomadate his power chair. I was wondering about trolling Pepin or tactics to get him some fish. I know P4 like the backa mind hand, but haven’t been there for a month or so. Any tips appreciated. Thanks,
