I am by no means what I concider one of the best fisherman here ,but when I see or have someone tell me how they are hitting , I will listen and watch them to see if there is any truth to what they just said to me .

Today I was fishing my most favorite highwater shore fishing spot and I was just nailing the walleyes and after watching these guys for about an hour vertical jigging I told them they should cast out and drag back very slow and one guy in the boat hollerd back at me saying this “what the hell do you know your not even in boat” flame .I very nicely walked over to my stringer and held it up to him and said “only 2hrs of fishing and I have watched you for an hour and you have NOTHING”. doah

On the stringer I had 5 of the 6 16 ” walleyes I took home to home to share with my father inlaw.

I was casting out as far as my 3/16oz back jig with a green core ringie would go ,let it settle and then just drag it back slow and BAM :o….. time after time today.I caught around 15 keepper size and around 15-20 smaller (13-14 3/4).

I love it when the plastics bite is that good from shore.

During my last hour there I dont believe those guys caught 3 fish. applause . I was trying to help them as to was working for me in same spot they were in , but I guess if your are in a boat you are smarter fisherperson :rotflmao:.

I concider myself as a good jigger now after listening to those who have helped me in the past and present with this site.

I read and pratice alot of what I see here on IDO and to those aticles I bow bow .

Just wanted to share my day with you guys/gals,hope yours was as good as mine yay

    Jeff
