    Are the ramps open?…..yes!

    Are the fish biting?…..yes!

    Saugers or walleyes?…..Yes!

At the damn or the lake…..Both!

Minnows or plastics?…..Both,but 3-ways for #s of fish, hair jigs tipped with minnows,k-grubs for the big eyes casting, and blade baits are starting as well!

What time are they biting?….Not a specific time,on & off all day!

PS….Steve says it is too bad you arent here dad!

Congrats to Dustin today with this nearly 11# eye and several other fish today as well. This fish was under 29 inches, but built like a tank!

I guess the bite is ok !

700 miles away and you have to post those pics…

I know you’ll be hoarding the “presents” folks bring you.

Nice cool weather—no bugs—fish are biting—it must be Fall! I wonder if I’ll have the river to myself on Sunday

No Rich, there will be at least one other boat.
There should be plenty of water with just you and I out there

Alright!!! You going to be there Brian? We are fishing your hours Sunday. We have to drop Mama off at the airport at 9AM or so and we’re headed down after that. See you Sunday and try to keep Dustin off the saugers till we get there

    Bone Mover,
Come on up and I’ll take you fishing, they all think we chiro’s have every other day off anyways. The fishing has been good and is getting better all the time. My deer stands have been seeing less use every year. Not bad though, that way the bucks get bigger and the deer don’t pattern me–so in a way, fishing walleyes in the fall has allowed me to target bigger bucks and catch 9 pound walleyes at the same time. Now only if I could hit a pheasant .
