The big push of fish has lagged a bit this fall due to the warm temps. The good news is the river is up and temp is dropping resulting in many fish being caught very close to the resort .It is only going to improve as the water temp drops!

    Dean,
You aren’t kidding when you say close to the resort! Like close enough ya got an audience when you stick one. We fished all over Saturday and by the resort was as good as any place else we found. Makes it easy on gas, thats for sure!

Clarence, there were some fish caught on 3-way &cranks, but certainly not a dominant pattern yet.The old fashion 3-way and hook&minnow still is as good as anything untill you get fish located,Then throw the whole arsenal at em,hair, blades, one eyes, and plastics. We seem to catch a few fish on all of them and the bite is getting more aggressive as we speak.
