the glass shads in the #7 have been super hot for me trolling, beeter luck on them than anything else lately. There is allways one color that they will slaughter.

I like the white glass shads, 5s and 7s, in clean water and bright sunshine. Dirty up the water and add some clouds, however, and I have much more success with the less natural, loud patterns like firetiger or red craw.

I had good luck yesterday on the croix with a #5 glass purple sunfire I believe the name is. Boated several sauger/eye’s trolling.

The white glass shad or “pearl” as my buddy and I call it works very well at night on a lake with ciscoes and clear water. I have not really tried many of the other colors. I’m sure they will work though

Todd, I’ve been running them quite a bit down here also! Caught several channel cats on them, not much else.

I have been outfished more than a day or two because of that #5 blue glass shad. 90% of the time thats all monica uses when were fishing the sippi or croix. They just love em on the right day!!

Yup, I LOVE the SRs too. I also love the pearl white SRs, but my fav color might be one they don’t make anymore, which is the SRRS 5s and 7s in gold. Those have caught a lot of fish for me, no doubt about it.

Picked up a few of them earlier in the year but have yet to have much luck on them…. That is probably because it has been so HOT here the past few weeks I have not made it out to try. Looks like a cooldown is on the way the end of the week though.

Let’s go drag some around Layne. I’ll see what the wife has planned. Maybe we could hit Sherman for a day trip this weekend?
