It’s only a sauger, but it is my personal best on Lake Wisconsin. 23″ and 4 pounds 1 oz.

Bad picture, but this fish was an absolute tank for a sauger. Only taped at 22 inches but went 5 pounds on a digital scale. Lake Wisconsin.

I guess I got carried away with the number of pics I was showing, and they certainly were not fatties.

This fish is not the best eye of my life, but it’s the best eye for this year-28.5″, and I don’t think it’s a bad fish. In fact, I think it’s a beautiful fish, and am proud to show it. I bet she is a fattie now (May vs. November)!

    Good Fishn’ to ya!

Is that a pool 2 fish Jim? If so she should real real fat and close to 10#s right now. Sure wish I could get out there now and look for her.

    Hey Mike,

Yep, that is a pool 2 fish. I would of loved to have gotten reacquainted with her last month myself, but it just didn’t happen.

no monsters by any means, but we catch a few down our way, too.
the walleye is one of many over the 20-inch limit we have released this fall/winter and another shot of some of the many saugers released into the frying pan.
