Today i bought a trolling book it tells you everything you neeed to know if you are useing 10lb. line. How about if you are using fireline? Anyone with any help.

May 9, 2007 at 3:15 am #569366If fishing the river i would let line out till you hit the bottom, you wont be able to go off the book anyway in the river. as far as lakes for suspended fish i dont know, the 20 % as mentioned above is probaly pretty close.

I agree with the 20%. I do have some fiends that run Power Pro 30/8 and they say the dive curve is similar to 10lb mono.
