Don’t know of any spots in Rochester, but you can catch some on Lake Zumbro. They stocked it for a while.

Even tho Chirp is right, I wouldnt plan a walleye trip to Lake Zumbro quite yet, I dont believe the quanity is there nor size even if you did catch one.

Work the deep spots below the dam on the Zumbro, sometimes way below.
I have caught a nice limit at times.

The Faribault area has few descent lakes for Walleyes if you got a boat. But the Mississippi Rive is always an options. Lake City side of Lake Pepin, along the breaks and Red Wing Pool 4 are nice places as well. If your looking for a quick drive from Rochester then the Zumbro River is an option (though not the best) and a small spot called Mac’s Park Place right below the dam is quick drive and is a descent spot to shore fish for some wallies as well.
    Hope this helps.

ive caught decent walleyes there too. and there have been rumors that someone caught a 12 pounder there. gonna take a boat out there later this year and try trolling, since most people are targeting the muskies there.

Albert Lea has a couple lakes if the didn’t winterkill. They get some decent eyes there.

The Mississippi River is going to be your best bet. The Zum may have a few eyes roaming around but to target them and do well is another thing.
