Heading up to the Pequot Lakes area for a little fishing this weekend, but unfortunately my fishing time there will be limited by a wedding I have to go to.
I’ve never fished it in the Fall or Winter and was wondering if anyone has any advice on where they are biting?

I do a little fishing on Gull in the winter but don’t know if that is a good recommendation. They got 5 inches of snow yesterday and are set for another 10+. Don’t know what that will do for safety on the ice.
Hot Spot bait shop just past the light for 371 and Co 77 on the right hand side has been helpful for me.
Yea, ice safety is always a concern this time of year. I’m hoping that this cold weather will help to sure things up.
Thanks for the tip on a good bait shop. It’s always nice to find someone who you can actually talk with instead of just getting the “Oh, your not from around here, so here’s some BS.” routine.
