mille lacs bite ???

can anybody help out a muskie guy looking to get some out of town family members on eyes next week up on the pond???

im goning to be there next friday. i dont fish walleyes much, mostly in the summer if any, so im really not that familiar with the early fall bite. are they still on reefs/ flat areas or have they started sliding up to the weed edges and shallows for the late fall crank bite?

any help would be great!!

There is a recent report in the Mille Lacs Lake Forum.

Overall, it’s been a tough bite. But like they say, you won’t catch fish sitting on the couch!
