Lake Osakis

Great day on Lake Osakis . I caught and released 2 limits of sublegal walleyes and I was able to catch a limit of legal fish that will be tomorrow’s lunch. Minnow is the hot bait today with spinner rigs. 19″ to 16″ real aggressive when they hit it. One of the other guest caught a 4 pounder of the famous deep water dock. Great to be here

Fished Osakis yesterday and had a blast! I had no problem finding a limit of walleyes. I struggled to find any big fish but was happy with the results I had. Fished for only 2 1/2 hrs and was more than happy with the amount of fish I landed. I waited out the rain and then the bite was on! Caught all my fish pulling cranks. Took home a limit of fish between 16.5 to 19″.
