I have seen many recommendations for the St. Croix Tidemaster 76MM for a bottom bouncer rod.

My question is does anyone have any experience with the St. Croix Tidemaster 66MM? Kind of looking for another light bouncer rod for 1oz or less.

They have a pretty good price on these in the St. Croix Bargain Room.

    Thanks

What I dont understand is …since the St. Croix Tidemaster 76MM was such a great rod for trolling of most sorts why did they discontinue it?

I have 5 and love them and I also know MANY people who have purchased them in the past and would NEVER part with them!

So why the discontinue of that model

If you want a good bouncer rod and your heart is not set on a St. Croix Shimano Compre Walleye trolling rods are back. I use the 8’3″ M and love them.

I have 2 6’6″‘s MH. I use for throwing everthing for bass and pike. Love them. Which is why I have two.
