MN river Lyndale Ave. access

    Is it worth fishing for walleye and sauger on the MN River at the Lyndale ramp in Bloomington? Thinking about giving it a try.

    Are you talking from shore? I used to go down there a lot, but I don’t think I ever caught a walleye. You’d probably have better luck fishing the current at one of the 2 Blackdog spillways on the other side. Apparently there used to be a lot of walleye in those areas “back in the day” according to some people I met down there.
