While out taking a walk along a creek that dumps into the Mississippi I noticed the river shiners were running up the creek by the hundreds. They were nice 3″-4″ shiners. I know they’re not as hardy as Creek chubs or fatheads, but I wonder how good they would be this time of the year to use jjigging for eyes?
