Decided to try and beat the storm this afternoon on P2. Got there about an hour before the storm rolled in. the river was still a little dirty and alot of stuff (ie. logs) still floating down. It was also pretty windy.
Since I forgot to charge my batteries I was left w/out any electronics and had to pull start my motor 
Decided to try a trolling run close to the access and caught one 22″ walleye in the first 15 minutes before I saw lighting and made a beeline to the ramp.
The wind made it tough to launch my boat since I was by myself. I was lucky to have someone help me at the landing (thanks to the guy in the older 9.9 hp johnson) 
Might try again tomorrow after I get everything charged up.
