Black tail Chubs/ Willowcats

    Could anybody tell me where I could find Blacktail chubs or willowcats this time of year around twin cities or south to red wing area? Anywhere?

    willow cats at River Outfitters in Wabasha as of Weds. and chubs at Schreiners Sport Shop in Alma

    I talked to the owner of four seasons in Red Wing yesterday and he told me he can order willowcats, but they will take 2-3 days to get them.
