What St croix rods would you choose

so I am looking at selecting a few rods to add to my st. croix fishing rod “collection”. Seeing some of the past discussions around rods matched to techniques, price point is always a consideration. But if you could choose a St. Croix rod (any model) for each of the specific following applications, what would they be:

    Bouncing 2-3 ouncers

    lead core

    long line trolling

For a bottom bouncer/long lining/3-waying rod I use a Tidemaster. Couldn’t be happier with it

For 3 way, Dabuque and bouncing I have bagan using the Triumph series. 7′ medium action, fast tip.

I paired them with Diawa accudepth 17’s. But for Dabque I really like the Diawa megaforce for the twitching bar. It allows total one hand operation while slipping up and down depth breaks.

Triumphs arr only $70 and that’s good for me, have not yet looked into the Tidemaster series.

Dean – most commonly I will be using a 2 and a 4 rod set up for pulling lead.

Wild Rivers could take care of pretty much any of that for you. The 2 piece long rods (~10 foot) are GREAT for bouncing and long lining. Probably would work fine for leadcore, although I haven’t tried it on those rods yet.

Tidemaster for sure on braided trolling, Either the new Eyecon or Tournament for Bottom Bouncer. I have been using the Eyecon Bottom Bouncer Rod this year very nice rod.

I was also told St Croix is coming out with a new trolling series in the Eyecon series from 7′ to 10′ this model year!
