    Where are you lookin for walleyes as the water temp is now starting to warm up? looking to wingdams, current seams….where are they transitioning too now??

    You hit it on the head. The fish are going to start heading to their summer haunts, wing dams, sloughs, holes how ever you catch them. As for wing dams you will need to start fishing the insindes of them till the water drops. The crank baits will pick up real soon with the temps rising. Good luck.

    Shallow sand flats out of the heavy current has been producing for me. The crank bait bait has been very good the past two days as has pitching plastics. I was seeing water temps in the 52 – 55 range in the main channel areas and a lot of small male walleye being very active. Look for current seams near the main channel where smaller channels or feeder creeks join.
