Not only are their rods top notch, but their customer service is 2nd to none as well. I had a friend try my Noodle rod last weekend while up north fishing sunfish and crappie’s. Needless to say he liked it so much I had a hard time getting it back from him at the end of the day. I decided to Repay a few favor’s by getting him one of his own. I had a few ?’s so I gave Adam a call. He answered my question and took my order. Could not have had a better experience. I look forward to doing more business with TUCR in the future. I may have to get me one of those new bullwhip rods in the near future. Thanks again TUCR for both the excellent product and great friendly service.

I’m going on my 6th tucr and have nothing but praise to john and all the staff for an outstanding product and unmatched customer service!

John has been tempting me a lot to pick up 4, 5 possibly 6 of them. Hard to choose just one. I’ve been fortunate to check out a number of them that other guys have out on the ice. As a custom rod builder (for personal use), I’ve been very impressed with the details. Haven’t seen one yet with sloppy wrappings.

im right there with you. i had almost the same experience and also kept john on the phone longer than i should have talking to him not only about the ice rod i was ordering but also having them make me open water rods for bass fishing. they are great over there and i am so excited to get my first rod dimensions and all put together and sent over to them and be able to fish TUCR’s all year long.

I Would say the only problem if you can call it that, is once you try one it’s all you want to fish with. LOL

I was wondering what’s the average time it takes for tucr to ship out a rod? Had to order one at the show and can’t even wait to use it.

When I talked with them yesterday they said they are around 3 weeks for order to shipment or pickup.

I ordered a bullwhip yesterday. Adam was great to deal with and I will definitely be ordering from TUCR again. I was told I should have my new rod the first week of January, so 3-4 weeks out.

Not to hijack but does skeeter boat center in chippewa falls have a good selection? Would like to see one before ordering.
