Excellent Customer Service

    Just a quick note about Humminbird’s excellent customer service. I previously posted my Helix 12 Mega-SI G2N stopped reading sonar. After following their troubleshooting recommendations, Humminbird had me ship the unit to them. I shipped the unit on Tuesday and received the following Thursday (9 days) with Humminbird paying shipping both ways from Detroit – Alabama. Unit works perfectly and I enjoyed the weekend fishing.

    Also, shout-out to the guys at Skeeter Boat Center (Brandon & Dean). They continue to help and answer any of my questions even though I didn’t buy the boat from them.

    Good to hear. I haven’t had to send anything in to them but I’ve always received good service from the CS phone line.
