Excellent Customer Service

    This past week I had the opportunity to find out just how great the customer service is for Marcum and Eskimo shelters. I have an LX-7 and I went to grab the charger and noticed that the cord was melted in spots with bare wires exposed. I e-mailed Marcum and they just asked for my address and mailed me out a new charger free of charge. Onto Eskimo, I recently bought the 6120i. I had it out for the first time this last weekend and had one of the zippers rip out near the bottom and the other door zipper pull totally break off on the inside. I called Eskimo customer service yesterday and talked to them about the issues. Because of them being out of stock on the shelter I was told that when the new ones are finished they will be sending me a totally new shelter. This is one very happy customer at this point. Would recommend both companies products.

    A few years back now I had a problem with my eskimo auger (gas tank leak), called them and they sent a new tank with new fuel lines and a auger bag for free.
