Example of a Backwater Spring Hazard

    This area, during cold weather, is often froze over. During warmer spells this little spring keeps an area about the size of a living room barely froze or opens it up. It’s also appantly a place shad seek the warmest water possible, or oxygen, before they croak. Kind of cool.

    Also, I have to imagine there would be some predator fish hanging around near there too, because of the temp and/or the shad

    I screwed up and posted the wrong video, and then delted the good one from my phone. The first one had shad everywhere and I was lucky enough to get some eagles dive bombing the open water for easy meals….Oh well.
