  • Banks Four Seasons Sports (Red Wing, MN) is excited to announce the acquisition of Everts Resort in Hager City, Wi. The owner of Banks Four Seasons (Rodney Banks) purchased 4 Seasons in May 2014,with a strong passion for the outdoors this seemed like an obvious fit for Rodney. In August 2015, Joe Weber and family approached us seeking a potential buyer for Everts Resort. After looking into this purchase we decided that this was an opportunity we did not want to miss out on. Everts Resort has been a staple in the fishing world for over 50 years and our goal is to bring it back to the glory it was once famous for.

We are pleased to announce that Mike (SKI) Piekarski will be continuing his role as resort caretaker. Mike is a very hard worker and has got many skills which will be necessary to help make this transition succeed. Chris Winchester will be overseeing all facets of business at Everts including, but not limited to, marketing, inventory control and public relations. Besides Mike, Everts Resort bait shop will be staffed pre sunrise to sunset 7 days a week, 364 days a year.

Our plans for the resorts include preparing all of the cabins for year round use including updating heating, air conditioning, electrical, beds and interior fixtures to make them more comfortable and family friendly. This will be a work in process as we do need to work around current reservations. Our goal is to have all cabins remodeled by the fall of 2016.

Besides remodeling cabins you will notice the resort will be much cleaner, organized and well stocked with everything you need to have a great day on the water. Additions to Everts inventory will include St Croix and Fenwick fishing rods, Pflueger and Shimano reels, Harold Puppe hair jigs, a large selection of lead weights, quality terminal tackle, catfish baits and more.

Please feel free to contact Chris Winchester with any questions or concerns you may have at:
Email [email protected], phone 651-388-4334 or 612-598-7802
    Mike Piekarski at 715-792-2333

Please take a moment to like our Facebook pages at Everts Resort and 4 Season Sports. We will be posting regular photos of progress at the resort.

That’s the best news I’ve heard in a long long time. Enough of the shuffling ownerships. This will remain for a long long time. This is what we’ve all needed at Everts resort!

IT TRUELY IS A VERY SPECIAL DAY HERE AT EVERTS.!! For the 1st time since the days of Dean Marshell, Everts will be run with competent people.! People that know the outdoors and are sound business people. So how can you go wrong with a guy who’s last name is WINCHESTER. Lol. Chris is a avid outdoorsmen in both the hunting an fishing world, and so is the new owner Rodney Banks. Both Rodney an Chris know now to run a business. With Rodney Chris and Ski EVERTS is going to be well on its way back to the Glory Days.! Oh Ya then there is SKI. SKI is the hardest working man i have ever meet.! He is up and at it before daylight and still working well after dark. By after dark i mean 9 10 11pm before he hangs it up for the day. So far there isn’t anything we have found that he can not fix repair or build.!. .plus once you catch on to his sense of humor and one liners what a HOOT he is. We here at EVERTS wish them the best of luck. If they have the best of luck so will all of us.!! ” /> ” /> … rrr

Ski and I were comparing scars and stories in the bait shop one day…… he won hands down. Think I need to retire soon and hang out more.

Hi guys and gals, I haven’t had much time to jump on and make a post. We have been tearing apart and reassembling the bait shop to make room for lots of new product. I promise you will be impressed when you see it. Thank you for all the kind words. We are very excited about this venture. When you come down to fish please introduce yourself and let us know what you think.

Sounds like this was a match made in heaven. Now if they can just keep the pistol toting, snake shooting streaker under control it will be a family place. whistling

Good to hear. Wasnt to sure about those last guys running the place. 1st time meeting them was one of them yelling at me about where my truck was parked and then jumping in it and moving it down to the end of the resort.

Don’t worry BK. Once my 3yr old will sit long enough for a cat trip we’ll be down with our camper and convert him to the cat fishing dark side.

I got a ride in a golf cart from a guy who was absolutely trashed haha. Nice guy though.

I’m not a regular down there as this is my first year fishing P4. Going to check the bait shop out soon though.

Well, all I want to know is what would it take for Ski to show some favoritism to us fellow Polaks? Maybe some Zywiec or Okocim beer?
Dean was easy; all it took was some Kringle to land the Honeymoon suite.
