    Yes, people catch, cut the fish to remove hook toss it back. I’ve caught one but only the one side was cut. It was under slot size.

    It stinks that there are people that would rather waste a fish than cut a hook. In my opinion, if we can’t afford losing a hook, jig, lure, etc.,…. we shouldn’t be fishing.
