I haven’t used this particular lure, but I am a huge fan of the 1/16 Z-Viber from Eurotackle when fished vertically from marina docks in the very late fall for crappies. The company makes a solid, productive line of baits.

Looking at the Spade Blade bait, I think it might be a great perch lure, but all those tiny flash blades are likely to attract a horde of small to tiny fish. Dink sunfish come to mind. When I fished thru the ice I always favored a vertical bait like a Frosty Jigging Spoon over a horizontal bait, but leaned on Diamond Jigs when the fish got tentative and a horizontal bait was needed, or should I say, preferred by the fish.

Perch like a lot of flash so this lure might be a super on for them.
