Here in WI you can run up to 3 lines per angler. Trolling regulations can vary,so you need to be aware of the regulations for the area or lake you might target.

Can in WI, I think MI just made theirs from 2 to 3 per angler and I am sure there are others.

I did not see Saturday’s show, as I was in Rochester for my daughter’s basketball tournament.

Where you can troll in WI varies wildly though. I think where MH has trolled in WI the last couple of years has been around Green Bay. Most other places I know of, it does make sense to have 6 lines out, as you cannot troll in a straight line all that long.

In Kentucky, there is no rod limit. If you can handle it, you can troll 20!

Getting that many lines in the water isnt a problem until a big Ski or Striper comes along & has his way with your gear. Can you say fire drill! What a mess.

I was thinking 6 might be interesting, but 20 would be even worse..:)

i was watching pete fish with 4+ lines this a.m. on the next bite. they caught plenty of big fish and it actually didn’t look like they were rushing at all to clear lines or anything. they just had to clear more weeds it looked like lol
