Trolling on the Toon

This is about as easy and fun as it gets with the kids. We have been running stick baits on the weed edge with the pontoon. The action has been fast, very fast, we are getting lots of doubles. One rod bends over and I slow the toon down and the other rod folds over. We are not seeing a lot for size but we are having a blast with the handles

Alex is now beating me out of bed in the morning The kids ready to roll as soon as the sun comes up.

    That a boy Alex!

Make sure that Dad has the toon all gased up and ready to roll by 4:45 am!

The smiles in the pictures say it all! To a kid – the size of a fish never compares to the quantity of fish caught!

    Thanks for sharing Bob!

Way to hook a little one on fishing!

Question: what kind of rod holders do you have on there?

    Nice fish

I bet he’ll have his own boat before he’s old enough to drive

To be very honest, I am not sure. Picked them up at fleet farm up north. I have Ram’s on the boat and love them.
