Finally sealed the deal Friday night out by myself. Got a 36″ fish on a weagle, not the big girls I saw earlier in the week, but a muskie none the less. Been moving fishing on the breaks with blades, but couldn’t get a commitment. Moved further up into the cabbage and applied something slower and on top. My first weagle fish, swoosh, swoosh, and then she chomped it.

It feels good to finally get that skunk out of the boat – Doesn’t it? If you were fishing the lake that I think you were, I heard of 6 fish over 48″ caught this weekend. Wish I was fishing for ski’s instead of a Bass Tournament! Nice Fish, Congrats on the 2010 start.
TigerMusky I heard a similar report. It has been busy out there, tolerable though, now it’s going to be a zoo!
