Time to chase em again

    Ok so its been quite a while since I’ve fished for muskie and pike and just wondering if anyone knows what lakes are Hot right now around the metro area. I’m gonna give it a shot tomorrow. Is white bear lake or minnetonka doing good right now? Thanx in advance.

    Been on Tonka twice this week and have only seen one or two boats casting between Bracketts Point and Excelsior Bay….. usually see a lot more fishing boats in that area this time of year working the breaks. Kinda curious myself.

    Tonka Saturday and Sunday mornings and my partner missed one ‘lunge fish twice on topwater, other than that it was a blank for us. OUCH! Not even a follow. Low boat traffic might be a clue that it is tough now. Of course we suck too.

    Was on WBL last Wed. evening for 3 hours w/ zero muskies sighted.
