I am just wondering if anyone has heard anything about this new mix between a bulldawg and a cowgirl. It looks pretty sweet, but i’m just wondering if it will work.

Sounds like you will have to put the dog up to it.

I have been running double 10 blades on my mag and reg dawgs a couple years now.

so are you just running it like a normal dog, or do you use a steady retrieve? I’m just kinda curious on the best way to work it?

I just crank it. I also run it on my 11″ Curlie Sues and wades wobblers and……….. Looks cool on a Mag Heli Dawg to I got this idea from a guide friend of mine that started using this on the Pond a few years ago.

    I wonder what they will price it at? cowgirl= $25 medussa=$20? / together =$45?

I’m sure it will catch a few big fish.

Medusa at my local shops $18.50. Not sure what the extra is for the blades.

The cowDussa is a mix between cowgril with double 10 blades and a Medussa from Chaos tackle. I think they run at $32. For some reason when nothing else is working real late in the fall or anytime of the year for that matter throw this bad girl and hang on!

Drake, did you start fishing muskies recently? I didn’t think you chucked the big stuff.

NO NO dont get me wrong here haha! I just know Brad (musky Mayhem) and Jason (chaos tackle) really well from Guiding and other stuff. Alot of time were getting off the lakes at the same time. So I know a thing or two they help me out I help them out. I went once Real late in the season when I had a day off with them and thats what we threw. THey have been doing it for a few years and they are just strating to let it out now.

Right on. That’s all Brad throws, so no surprise there. He’s kind of a slow moving guy out on the water, hehehe.

Last weekend on Keyes Outdoors, they were fishing the St. Louis River with Ruh and he was using that thing casting and trolling. If I remember right he actually got one to eat it…
